Halifax, Nova Scotia
Where play lives and wilderness meets urban convenience. The community borders a stunning 5000-acre provincial park only 10 minutes from downtown Halifax. Forests, trails, streams, lakes, six different schools, shopping, entertainment, arts and athletic centres.
Close to it all this 40-acre development on Northwest Arm Drive is a flexible mix of multi-unit buildings, single-family homes and townhouses. A true original in the Halifax real estate market. It is a home for individuals, couples and families who share a love of outdoor adventure and easy urban living.
A central street built around a park and playground gives kids easy access and lets you easily watch them play. We have also built a 5k trail through Long Lake Provincial Park that starts only steps from your home.
The homes were designed by the team at Michael Napier Architecture. Our history of partnering with these thoughtful, collaborative people has already resulted in a Citation for the Lieutenant Governor’s Design Award in Architecture. We hope that you will appreciate the thoughtfulness that has gone into Long Lake Village.
Halifax has become one of the most desirable cities to live in in Canada, and are energized by its tremendous potential. Investments in the Centre for Ocean Venture and Entrepreneurship, the Shipbuilding Contract, our hot Information Technology sector, and the many financial services companies that have come to Nova Scotia, tacitly acknowledge our well educated workforce and our commitment to increasingly moving from a resource based economy, to a well-placed leader and participant in the new economy.
Our projects have always been driven by strong beliefs. We believe it is our job to identify areas of great potential. We believe it is important we not simply capitalize on that potential, but also contribute to such potential through innovation, and through quality design and construction that is reflective of the neighbourhoods and residences we build. We are committed to contributing a high standard of service to our buyers and builders, and we are committed to giving back to our community.
We want to provide housing for those who appreciate quality and will be a part of Halifax’s dynamic future.
