Duckish is a socially-driven, woman-owned, all-natural skin care brand that makes unique bath, body and baby skin care products that help people feel great in their own skin.
The Duckish product line includes their best-selling solid moisturizers in a stick and dye-free bath bombs, as well as a range of body butters, bath salts, and lip balms.
For babies, they make mess-free diaper rash cream sticks, baby body butter and a baby lotion stick.
All products are free of synthetic dyes and fragrances and are made with all-natural ingredients. Duckish products are available online and via a growing network of over 130 retailers across Canada including Whole Foods.
A primary aim of Duckish as a company is to create positive impact, which is why they hire through employment and confidence-building initiatives run by our local YWCA and Nova Scotia Works.

Lodestone Soap Co. was developed by Marian Munro, a botanist whose knowledge of plants and plant extracts acquired over 30+ years was a perfect fit. Having very sensitive skin and allergies to many ingredients, Marian looked to source sustainably harvested base oils and essential oils. All botanicals are organic and natural.
Since 2016, Lodestone Soap Co. can be found at the Spryfield Community Market every second Sunday, and in April 2017 they added the Prospect Communities Farmers Market. These two seasonal markets alternate Sundays from April until the end of October. Drop by and see them.

Eastwood Pottery is a small batch ceramic pottery based in Williamswood, Nova Scotia, Canada.
Creating beautiful pieces of pottery for everyday use, that are inspired by the Maritimes.
Many of their pieces capture themes related to the ocean, and life in a fishing community.
Eastwood Pottery can also create replica ornaments of many Maritime Lighthouses, and buildings.
Peter Eastwood, BFA in Ceramics from NSCAD and Sarah Eastwood have been working in their Williamswood studio since 2016.
