Outside Edge provides on and off ice training for hockey players. Strength and Conditioning Centre located in Spryfield. Year round on-ice hockey development. Outside Edge Elite Training are the trainers for Halifax Mooseheads, SMU Men’s and Women’s Hockey Teams and multiple other U15 and U18, NS Elite Hockey Team, as well as local minor hockey associations.
